A bit about the team

Our new friendly and understanding gym team at YourBody is a group of dedicated and passionate individuals who not only focus on physical fitness but also prioritize the mental well-being of our members. They understand that the journey to better health and fitness can be challenging, and they are trained to provide support and guidance to help members overcome any mental barriers they may face. They are knowledgeable about various exercise techniques and equipment, as well as mental health resources and strategies. They are friendly, empathetic, and always willing to lend a listening ear to anyone who needs it. They are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported in their journey towards better mental and physical health.

Lloyd Nurse

Hi, im Lloyd Nurse. I’m currently working along side ‘YourBody’ where I aim to support the members of a new and exciting program.

I am the trainer for those who want to be fitter, get into shape and feel stronger even with a busy family life/low on time/ having done all the training programs and lacking motivation (whatever the roadblock is).

As a Dad of five with over 20 years of experience I have created life-changing programs that help my clients to do exactly that.

I’m passionate about helping people invested/serious about their health to achieve life-changing results and I know this can happen quickly when they have a guide and support to not have to do it alone.

NATALIA KRUCZEK

Hey, my name is Natalia Kruczek and I am one of the PT’s at YourBody.

I have a true passion for personal fitness and the benefits it can have in everyday life. I am committed to helping those who aren’t so confident in the gym achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier life.

I have been working as a support worker for just over 2 years now and have had the pleasure of helping those who are struggling. I love spending my time helping people to pursue their personal hobbies and interest.

I have a very exciting set of programs and routines to help clear your mind and build your confidence to become the best version of yourself.

  • Currently working on a degree in sport and psychical education at the University of Bedfordshire.
  • Level 3 diploma in fitness instructing and personal training.

Adrian Baginski

My name is Adrian Baginski and I am one of the Fitness Instructor at Yourbody Gym.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I been training in the gym trying to better my body and mind to improve my performance. I think everyone can benefit from gym and fitness training, it is just about finding what you enjoy and what works for you!

Shannon Graham

Hello, I am Shannon and I am the supervisor at Your Body as well as providing nutritional advice.

I have a passion for movement and the capabilities of the human body. Over the past few years, I started to focus on my health and fitness and I am looking forward to helping people reach their own goals and live better healthier lives.
