Self-Defence & Meditation Basic Training

Our self-defence sessions have been crafted to build your confidence, and self-esteem so that you can rebuild your life. At the same time, we will show you how to control your breathing and stay calm.

These sessions last 1 hour inside the YourBody gym and are taught by one of our own approved instructors.
