Our programmes will run over 8-week periods in which you will train both individually and in pairs, and as a result we feel this will help to build your confidence rapidly. Although some may feel it daunting to train with others – we feel it’s a great way to become more confident in a short
space of time.
Our program will take you through a variety of techniques consisting of different punching, kicking and blocking drills which can be used effectively in self-defence situations. Training with us, you will learn a variety of new moves that not only will give you a good workout
but you will also find you learn effective self-defence. Those who practice regular self-defence do find it to be an extremely rewarding experience.
Each session; you will be asked to practice at home the basic movements which you learn, so you can progress with your learning. Through perfecting movement, you will develop a better understanding of your personal space and surrounding.
